An older town, and a mixed one
Gibsonton sits where the Alafia River meets Tampa Bay and it has been here a lot longer than the subdivisions south of it. The housing is mixed. Closer to the water there is salt in the mix, and salt works on a coating the same way it does over in Apollo Beach. A rinse that genuinely takes salt out of the surface matters more than people expect, and it costs almost nothing to do properly while the wash is happening anyway.
Boats, trailers and equipment sitting on a driveway leave their own marks. Tire staining, oil, and rust rings where something metal sat through a wet season all come off, and each of them wants a different treatment rather than simply more pressure.
Concrete, cleaned evenly
Driveways here run long and wide, and there is usually a walkway and a slab out back as well. A surface cleaner covers the full width at one even pressure so the slab comes back looking like a single surface. Edges, steps and the strip along the garage threshold still get cut in by hand once the field is done, the same way a paint job gets cut in at the ceiling. That detail is the whole difference between clean and nearly clean.
If the concrete is going to be sealed later, it wants to be properly clean and properly dry first. Ask about it when you call, because that is a separate decision with its own number and it never happens on the same visit as the wash.
